Biography
Refaat Gabre is Professor of Medical entomology with Department of Entomology, Faculty of Science, Cairo University. Also, He worked in Saudi Arabia as a Head of Department of Medical Laboratory Technology, Faculty of Applied medical Science and had a post doctoral research in Poland, Gdansk Medical University, Tropical Medicine Institute, Department of Parasitology.
Research Interest
His research background in Medical Entomology is extremely broad having worked on and published articles relating to blow flies and human pathogenic bacteria, insects as bio-indicators for air and water pollutions, ticks and tick born diseases, mosquito surveillance, mosquito born diseases; and recently, human gastrointestinal parasites.
