Biography
Manuel Gonzalez Ronquillo holds a PhD in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Zaragoza (Spain), I had a postdoctoral fellow at US Dairy Forage Research in Madison Wisconsin and at the University of Wiscosnsin (USA), with a Fullbrigth Garcia Robles scholarship, as well as volunteering for the Organization Of the United Nations at FAO-AGA Divison in Rome Italy, and a degree in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (Mexico).
Research Interest
Dr Gonzalez has been a Professor and Researcher, teaching several subjects in undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, and Universidad de Magallanes (Chile). He is currently a member of the national research system, level II and conducts studies on assessment of forages evaluation, through the technique of in vitro gas production, the estimation of microbial protein synthesis in ruminants, caracterizise the profile of fatty acids and diets and expression in milk and meat, also Dr Gonzalez works with curves lactations, milk production and focused in metaanalysis related with animal nutrition. Dr. Gonzalez Roquillo has published several articles in indexed journals and book chapters in prestigious editorials on nutritional topics on dairy cattle, caprine, ovine, pig and rabbit species, highlighting his contributions in the estimation of microbial protein synthesis from indirect methods.
